Program format

Once you register for this program, you'll be receiving some questions to help you determine your goals. Once this is received we will schedule an in person session (via skype or another platform) to go over the questions and what your personal goals are. This provides us with some time to get acquainted and to determine how we will be working together so that you can start living your life and get back in the groove again.

The program then continues where we'll meet (via skype or other platform) every two weeks on a mutually agreed time/day, making it much more comfortable and convenient for you.  We'll go over the session material (by then you've viewed the webinar and have done the homework), and we'll engage in an interactive conversation to help you determine your next steps, your progress and where you would like to be.  You'll be given some homework material and questions to reflect on, until our next meeting time.  We continue this until the end of our program (approximately 3 months) when we'll meet again to evaluate your progress and discuss your next steps.

Reflective questions to help you challenge your way of thinking and enable you to move forward.

First meeting: Typically done via skype to discuss your overall goals for this program. After that we'll meet every two weeks.  I'll explain in more detail how the program works and how we can work together.
